We are bridging the gap between personal transformation, movement practices and outdoor expeditions.
Let me be clear—this is not the wisdom of someone who has “arrived.” I am no teacher. I have not completed my work. I am a seeker. A seeker of teachers and unique experiences. And in this search, I have gathered gifts, tools, and experiences meant to be shared, questioned, and expanded upon—together.
Years ago, I realized I had a knack for helping people stretch the limits of their bodies and minds. The methods may change, but the purpose remains the same: growth, resilience, and transformation.
My own path has been shaped by movement exploration, modern mountaineering, deep study of the body, Jungian psychology, and Eastern philosophy. I guide people into wild places—not just to explore landscapes, but to break open the doors of possibility, physically and mentally. It’s not easy, but for those willing to step forward, there is always something priceless waiting to be found. We don’t step into the gym; we step into life onto the stage of the world.
I have realized that the best teachers don’t give answers—they wake you up. They show you that you’ve been looking with only one eye—peeking through the door instead of swinging it wide open.
A Path of Movement, Challenge, and Awakening
My journey started in the raw world of old-school bodybuilding. I built muscle for aesthetics, but at a cost—imbalance, exhaustion, and joint pain before I even hit my mid-20s. Something had to change.
Then came Ido Portal. Through his work, I discovered calisthenics, bodyweight mastery, and endurance training. I felt strong, capable—but knew there was still more.
Martial arts became my next frontier—years of Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Judo. I learned to strike, throw, submit, but something was still missing. I needed to move beyond combat.
Then, by accident, I stumbled into climbing, gymnastics, and yoga—at first, just to supplement my martial arts training. But the moment I felt my body flow up a rock face, everything clicked. The precision, the grace, the challenge—it was art in motion, set in the wild heart of nature.
Ironically, at a low point in my life, I found skydiving. I jumped out of my first plane in 2022, and it rewired me. Hundreds of jumps later, I’m still a beginner, and that’s exactly why I love it. People assume skydiving is about adrenaline—but it’s not. It’s about peace. It’s about standing at the edge of fear, looking death in the eyes, and accepting it with your whole heart.
And the best part? Skydivers are incredible people.
The Invitation
Through movement, nature, and breath, I have found peace. That’s what I share with those willing to walk this path.
Now, we put it all together.
We climb mountains—big ones.
We jump out of planes.
We backpack for days through the wilderness.
We cross oceans, lakes, and rivers.
We surf, sail, swim, run.
We plunge into ice baths, sit for hours in silence, devour books, and share food, drink, and stories.
We sing. We move. We live.
And we sleep like we’ve truly earned it.
And we f*cking live—in places most people would die to see.
But this isn’t for everyone. There is a price to pay for walking this road—the price of being a practitioner. This path demands training, humility, and deep respect—for the body, the mind, the cultures, and the traditions we step into. My little brother taught me that lesson.
